Baked Oatmeal

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl:

  • 1 & 1/2 cups Oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup Quinoa
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 heaping teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon

Combine liquid ingredients in a bowl:

  • 4 cups mixed Berries (I use frozen when off-season)
  • 1 & 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix together in a casserole dish

Cover and Bake 375* 30 min. reduce oven temp. to 350* bake for another 30 min.
