Baked Oatmeal

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl:
- 1 & 1/2 cups Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup Quinoa
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 heaping teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon
Combine liquid ingredients in a bowl:
- 4 cups mixed Berries (I use frozen when off-season)
- 1 & 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Mix together in a casserole dish
Cover and Bake 375* 30 min. reduce oven temp. to 350* bake for another 30 min.
